  • 3 eggs, beaten
  • 1/4c Arrowhead Mills Organic Soy Flour
  • 1/2c panko (Japanese bread crumbs)
  • 1/4T Mrs. Dash Italian Medley Seasoning Blend
  • 8 (4oz) pieces of cube steak
  • 2T extra virgin olive oil
Green beans
  • 1c green beans
  • 1T butter
Other sides
  • 2c prepared Ore-Ida Steam n’ Mash Garlic Seasoned Potatoes
  • 1c Heinz Rich Mushroom HomeStyle Gravy
  • 20 Joseph’s Sugar-Free Bite Size Pecan Walnut Brownies

Method:

  1. For the steak: Place the eggs, flour, and panko into three separate shallow bowls.  Stir the Mrs. Dash seasoning into the flour.  Dredge each piece of steak in the flour; dip into the beaten eggs and dredge in the panko.  Heat the olive oil in a pan over medium-high heat.  Fry the steak in batches (do not overcrowd the pan) for 4 minutes per side or until golden brown, adding more oil if necessary.
  2. For the green beans: Steam the beans for 3-5 minutes; toss with butter and season as desired.
  3. For the potatoes: Prepare according to the package directions.  Heat the gravy in a small saucepan.
  4. Serve the steak, green beans, and potatoes with a side of gravy.  Finish with some bite-size brownies.
